How far is it right to condemn others?

This morning I finished my routine, I went to my workplace, because life is necessary for living. Today, I did my work properly, I believe that no matter where you work, you should consider it as your work. I usually play the straight white man, maybe that's why others take advantage of it.

I believe in the truth, I believe in admitting my mistakes, but I don't bow my head after being cut off if I'm not wrong, it's my education and reform, I don't like to slander anyone, or say bad words to anyone. I work with truth and determination, I hate gossip, maybe that's why I get criticized by my superiors.

I am giving an example of that, the work was going on smoothly as usual, the production could not be done on time due to lack of staff and materials. So that the goods could not reach the mouth on time.

All the blame was laid on me, I was found guilty in the meeting of the board of directors. I did not accept it. I had a loud conversation with the director, because he used bad words in the conversation. I replied to him, if you are not satisfied with my work, then you should suspend me, then who gave you the right to say such abuse.

Then his anger subsided, he dismissed all the staff, called for water by piano and gave me to drink, but I did not accept it. After that he sent me to eat, said go eat and come. In response, I said, I have been saying that I will not come again. Then he tried to explain to me through several staff. But I was stubborn. I will write what happens next in the next blog.
